Deployable cable robot for contruction in Exploration misssions.
The Moon habitats' 3D printer gives a solution for the challenging task of exploring the Moon. A system that can enable sustainable space exploration by the use of in-situ resources and thanks to the collaboration between robots and humans in a hostile environment.
AVS will design manufacture and test a breadboard of a cable robot for construction in the Moon. This cable robot can be used to make walls for human habitats using regolith and also for printing panels for berms, brick like elements for shelters, tiles for landing pads and roads for dust mitigation.
