AVS is developing a Positive Displacement Pump for satellite thermal control systems.

Currently there are no commercially available Spaceborne pumps in Europe. AVS's novel pump features a two phase, simple and reliable design, sized up to meet the performance requirements of future telecommunication satellites, namely high power dissipation and high thermal stability. The PDPump project covers all phases, including design, sizing, analysis, manufacturing, assembly and testing.
